We discussed:

  • Public-Private Cooperation: The First Line of Defense

  • From Prevention to Response: Operational Tools | Use cases and concrete solutions with industry operators
  • Customer Protection in the Context of Fraud | Guidelines and operational implications covering responsibility, litigation, and risk management

The workshop provided a unique opportunity for CISOs, cybersecurity and anti-fraud managers, risk managers, compliance officers, and payment and innovation specialists in the banking and financial sector to update their knowledge, engage with key industry players, and strengthen defense strategies.
